clogged shower drain uncomfortable sofa
the location proved acceptable, situated conveniently near attractions.
I found the room disappointing, especially given the cost. the bathroom was worn. The shower drain clogged, causing water to pool. the sofa bed proved uncomfortable for sleeping. My child complained throughout our 3 nights.

comfortable bed free water spacious bathroom small lobby limited equipment extra charges
the room had a minibar with complimentary water. fresh coffee pods were provided daily.. it was a nice touch. i found the beds comfortable, and the bathroom offered plenty of space. the staff were friendly.
the hotel lobby seemed a bit small for the volume of guests. i had to wait for a while. i found the gym on the rooftop to be smaller than expected. it lacked some equipment i wanted to use. there was a charge for additional coffee, tea, and milk for the room.

the location was pretty central, a definite plus.
The gym was a letdown. There was only one mat, and it was really old. the sides were bent outwards. I was like the hotel wasn't maintaining its facilities very well.

perfect location seamless check-in excellent service safe luggage storage
the location was perfect for exploring many sights. i easily walked to the gothic quarter and l'arc de triomf. i really appreciated the seamless check-in. i left my bags safely, this allowed me to explore the city before and after check-in times. pau at the front door offered excellent service with bags and taxis (always a plus!).
the sound isolation in the rooms was not the best. i could hear noise from the street.

i found a beautiful room with lovely interconnecting spaces. the food was great with scrambled eggs stood out. the rooftop bar and pool provided such relaxation. i just wished the pool had some heat to it.
the breakfast, the room's space and the room equipment seemed a bit off for the price. it left me feeling a little misled.
